You would think in today’s world making money online would be the simplest thing in the world, right? I mean you take something you’re interested in, or a product you have to market, you create a website, buy some place to put the website and bang your making money, right?

When you learn how to market on the internet you can take any product or service and make money online from it. The sea will get a lot smaller and you will be the fisherman with the largest net.

There is a notion out there that Teleseminars are only for the rich and powerful Internet marketers. That may have been true some years ago, but the use of Teleseminars by everyday people, with knowledge to sell, has taken off.

No longer is there a big mystery about how to conduct a Teleseminar, or a scary list of expensive
tools and services need. Most Teleseminars are designed to sell something. Some Teleseminars are sold to the listeners, many are free, but the real money comes from the backend, what is sold as a result of the Teleseminar.

Natural and holistic therapies are not new but even their use in humans has only recently gained popularity in the UK. More and more people are shunning traditional medicine not only for themselves but for their pets. According to Direct Line Insurance over 750 000 of the UK’s dog owners use alternative or complimentary treatments - with 30% doing so on recommendation from their vet.

So, why have some of the oldest and most natural treatments only recently seen a revival and do they actually work?

Part of the answer is they never went away. Holistic treatments such as acupuncture and herbs are still the mainstream in many eastern countries such as China, inclusive of their pet population. It seems to be a predominantly Western attitude to have adopted traditional medicines as we know them. Some orthodox medics frowned on them as ‘quack’ methods, a seemingly odd approach as many of the pharmaceutical drugs available today are derived from plants - the basis for herbalism. However, they have stood the test of time and been documented throughout history, one of the oldest books of acupuncture in animals, is ‘bo le zhen jing’ (Boles Canon of Veterinary Acupuncture) an equine acupuncture book believed to have been written between 659B.C and 621B.C.), so is it likely they would still be mainstream in other cultures if they didn’t work?

The main objection to natural therapies by most opposing doctors and vets, are that they are untested, unproven and unregulated. That may have been true once but now as more veterinarians are aware of the impact of modern life on pets and the need to treat the ‘whole’ not just the symptom, alternative therapies are being more widely used by those best able to judge their worth.

The limitations of orthodox medicine particularly with long standing conditions has caused some vets to look for alternatives and as a result it seems many are being more readily adopted as essential first point of calls rather than as solely ‘complimentary’. - “Within months of qualifying in 1992, while still in Beeford, I was beginning to question the wisdom of conventional medicine. I could not help thinking, “Is that all there is to treat animals?” says Nick Thompson, a qualified vet from Bath, who uses herbs, acupuncture and homeopathy in both small and large animals.

Acupuncture - is already recognised by the American Veterinary Medical Association as suitable for the ‘treatment of numerous conditions in animals’ It also says ‘Veterinary Acupuncture and acutherapy are now considered an integral part of veterinary medicine’ (1)

It’s very effective in managing pain and research in 1989 reported that out of 191 dogs with disc disease in their spines that out of those treated with acupuncture

* 85 dogs with only back pain - 94% recovered
* 37 dogs with back pain, lack of ‘hind leg co-ordination and use’ - 89% recovered
* 59 dogs with paralysis, unable to stand or walk or bear weight, but pain response present - 79% recovered
* 10 dogs with paralysis, unable to stand or walk or bear weight, and pain sensitivity absent - 20% recovered (2)

Homeopathy - is based on the concept ‘like cures like’. Hippocrates is credited to be the first to use it in 400B.C.when he noted that herbs given in a low dose tended to cure symptoms that they created when given in a large dose. (Not unsimilar to modern day vaccination principles). There is very little research so far, but of the trials completed there is positive evidence for its use in kennel cough in dogs, Cushing’s Disease in dogs and horses and in conditions found in other animals. A more dramatic use featured in the case of a Collie with ivermectin (a wormer) poisoning - his prognosis was poor - but the ‘like cures like’ principle was used and the vet gave a homeopathic dilution of the poison. The dog’s condition improved rapidly and the dog recovered within a week. (3)

Herbs - have probably seen the greatest acceptance into conventional care. Their potency has been acknowledged by the National Office of Animal Health issuing license under its Controls of Animal Medicines to the Dorwest Herbs range. Before an animal medicine can be sold in the UK it must be approved by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate who must be satisfied that ‘the product is safe, it works, and that it is of good quality’. The range of conditions treated is varied and includes epilepsy - given in conjunction with orthodox drugs, veterinary surgeons have found that it is possible to reduce the quantity of epileptic drugs required and thereby the side-effects often experienced.

In light of some of the startling results being seen in the veterinary profession, the objections that just because alternative medicines were seen as ‘natural’ did not mean they were safe, seems to have some ground.. Some herbs such as garlic, valerian and ginseng can cause problems such as bleeding and low blood sugars when a patient is given a general anaesthetic (4). With the potential to have undesirable effects, their adoption into mainstream veterinary care can only be seen as a positive move, even by their opponents. As research slowly catches up, whether it is undertaken by those who wish to disprove it as bunkum or those who want confirmation of its abilities the outcome can only be of help to our pets.

Muscle mass is something that every bodybuilder covets and is ready to go to any lengths to achieve mass gains. Gaining muscle mass is not difficult however, it requires discipline and devotion to your training routine. One thing is for certain, you will have to work your heart out and spend hours in the gym. Three tips that will help you make impressive gains are discussed below.

Tip 1: Use free weights and compound movements-

Use free weights instead of machines. Machines may pump up your body but are no good when it comes to building muscle mass. Free weights like barbells and dumbbells work on the targeted muscle as well as the ancillary muscles and this builds compound mass. Free weights offer a wider range of motion and more muscles are needed to train with free weights than machines. Compound movements work on more number of muscle fibers and stimulate them to grow fast. Isolation workouts for muscle separation can be done once muscle mass has been attained.

Tip 2: Train heavy and do no more than 12 sets per muscle group-

Every bodybuilder has some weak areas and some strong areas. Identify the weak areas and prepare a training routine to hit it the hardest. Use heavy weights with fewer repetitions. A set of six repetitions is enough to shock and stimulate the muscle. At no point should you do more than 12 sets per muscle group. Keep a tab on the weight and progressively increase it till failure. Train no more than two body parts in a single day. Training more would result in overtraining the muscle and stunt its growth.

Tip 3: Increase the intake of proteins in your diet-

Proteins are needed to gain muscle and strength. Include red meats, poultry, milk, whey and white meat in your diet. Fruits and vegetables along with carbohydrates and fat should also be a part of your diet. However, a major portion of your diet should be proteins.

To gain muscle it is recommended that you train three times a week with each workout containing two body parts. Every workout should not last more than one hour and try to get maximum rest between workouts. Working out every alternate day will give your body sufficient rest and time to recover and grow.

Arriving in Sri Lanka, they traveled through 150 miles of destruction before arriving in a downtown area that had been completely devastated. Setting up their clinic in a downtown Sri Lankan mosque, they saw 40 to 100 patients every shift. Last minute negotiations were underway late night on July 31 between the White House and Ambassador Leo Wanta to release $4.5 trillion in repatriated funds into the American economy, according to Michael C. Cottrell, Wanta’s financial consultant and AmeriTrust Groupe Inc., treasurer.

Wanta earlier had given U.S. authorities until the close of business on July 31 to honor a written agreement and release the massive sum of money to his AmeritTrust Groupe on behalf of the American people.

The trillion dollar deal, which would immediately revitalize and give the American economy a needed boost, however, amounts to only a portion of the $27.5 trillion in offshore funds Wanta accumulated after the Cold War when he was assigned by President Ronald Reagan to devalue and destabilize the Russian currency.

“Apparently, the White House is using California time as a deadline to release the money and it should be a long night,” said Cottrell, who said the main parties of AmeriTrust, including Ambassador Wanta, were waiting to hear directly from the White House, as President Bush appears to be the only one standing between “a done deal” or backing out of the written agreement fashioned by two federal court judges.

Cottrell added he has always remained positive the money would be released before Wanta’s deadline expired, saying in case it isn’t AmeriTrust is prepared to file a federal law suit against governmental interests illegally blocking the deal and blocking them from paying $1.6 trillion in U.S. and state tax money, as well as using the balance of the “qausi public” money to immediately improve basic needs and infrastructure improvements.

Asked about the release of the money late Monday afternoon, Christopher Story, editor of the International Currency Review, a London based financial publication following the explosive international story, said a Florida contact in the financial community aware of the worldwide ramifications gave the chances of the money being released “a nine on a scale of 10.”

Both Story and Cottrell will be appearing Tuesday on Greg Szymanski’s radio show, The Investigative Journal, to explain the final outcome of the Monday night Wanta negotiations, either reporting the money had been released with proper receipt or to explain Wanta’s plan to recover the money earmarked for the American people.

Wanta and Cottrell both previously stated if the money isn’t released by the end of business on July 31, they planned to file a federal law suit and to further seek recovery of the entire offshore funds estimated at between $27.5 and $70 trillion.

Here is a breakdown of the negotiated Wanta Plan, indicating a healthy injection of liquid funds are right around the corner if the American people wake-up before it’s too late:

The agreement provides for the prepayment of taxes to the US Treasury, at a rate of 35% of the $4.5 trillion, equating to $1,575 trillion, together with prepayment of taxation to the State of Virginia at 6%, amounting to some $270 billion.

In addition, Wanta through his AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., has put financial mechanisms in place for the further generation of corporation tax deposits payable to the U.S. Treasury Department/Internal Revenue Service of about $96 billion per banking day.

Because of financing transactions which will consequently be carried out by other U.S. financial institutions, estimated total windfall accruals to the U.S. Treasury are likely to exceed $200 billion per banking day, from the moment of start-up. This is now running nearly three months late.

Wanta, the legal trustor of more than $27.5 trillion dollars in offshore funds illegally diverted by the last three Presidential administrations, recently entered into a $4.5 trillion settlement with U.S. authorities on the direction of two federal court judges.

However, President Bush and Fed have illegally blocked the money for over a month with Wanta now losing patience and giving authorities until the close of business on July 31 to fork over the money or saying he intends to file a federal lawsuit, as well as proceed after the entire $27.5 trillion which may have matured over the years to $70 trillion.

Although the story has been called the “biggest financial in the history of the world” due to the connected corruption by the Bush and Clinton crime families who have back stabbed Ambassador Wanta who all along wanted to return the money to the American people as President Reagan had directed.
